2. Can I customize my order?

Yes! We offer custom engraving of names (up to 6 letters) on select products.Please note that customized orders require approximately 10 additional days for shipping compared to standard products.

3. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location.

  • Domestic orders: 3-7 business days

  • International orders: 15-21 business days

4. Do you offer gift packaging?

Yes! All our products come in elegant gift packaging, making them perfect for special occasions.

5. How do I take care of my leather & wood bag?

To maintain your bag’s beauty and durability, follow these care tips:

  • Avoid touching your bag with dirty, oily, or greasy hands, including those with lotion or cream.

  • Do not expose your leather bag to direct sunlight for long periods.

  • Use a leather-specific polish or wax to clean and maintain its shine.

  • Keep away from sharp objects such as razors, needles, or nails to prevent scratches.

  • Never use water to clean leather.

  • Do not use alcohol-based products on the bag, even for a short moment.

  • For painted and wooden parts, clean gently with a damp cloth without any detergent.

6. What is your return policy?

  • Standard Products: Free returns within 14 days.

  • Customized Items: Refundable within 14 days, with a 30% deduction from the original price.

7. Where can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number via email or your Number.

8. Do you have a physical store?
